After a total acquittal, Kyle Rittenhouse moved to Florida where he met with former President Trump at Mar-a-Lago. Trump said Rittenhouse was “a nice young man” and “should not have had to suffer through a trial” for self-defense.

The Biden administration announced that the DOE would release 50 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to combat increasing inflation, making it the largest release in the US history.

On Tuesday, the State Department announced the Summit for Democracy, which is scheduled on December 9 – 10. Taiwan was officially invited to attend. A few days earlier, Lithuania opened its Taiwan Representative Office to support Taiwan.
