The officer was driving his personal vehicle when he met a white minivan blocking the roadway, resulting in the officer and the driver arguing before the officer drove around the minivan. During the argument, the driver’s brother ran up on foot and smashed the car’s window.

The officer and suspects were struggling on the ground when the gun went off, video shows.
